Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Industry: Staffing & Payroll Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven background in staffing, recruitment, and payroll outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, payroll outsourcing, and HR solutions.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers (HR Heads, CFOs, Procurement, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized staffing and payroll solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment & payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular sales reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/HR preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development for staffing/payroll/HR outsourcing companies.
  • Strong network with HR, Finance, and Procurement professionals.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
