Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of strategic partners/accounts, ensuring sustained growth and performance
Identify and execute new partnership opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion
Lead cross-functional coordination across product, marketing, operations, and tech teams to drive all initiatives & projects for the accounts
Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Track and analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize partnership strategies accordingly
Drive project execution from concept to implementation with clear timelines and deliverables
Stay updated on fintech trends, market dynamics, and competitor movements to inform business strategies

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or strategic partnerships
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Experience working in or with fintech companies is preferred
Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Exposure to working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
