Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Create and implement strategies for penetrating new accounts and expanding business in existing ones.

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Pitch staffing/recruitment services to potential clients, showcasing value propositions and tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.

Team & External Client Handling

  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in client interaction and business development practices.

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Generate regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Present performance insights and business strategies to management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment or HR services.
