• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain reports, proposals, and performance dashboards.
• Represent the organization at client meetings and professional forums.

Required Skills & Experience :-

• Minimum 4+ years of Business Development experience in staffing/recruitment.
• Proven success in client acquisition and account management.
• Strong corporate network and decision-maker connections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
