Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to craft tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will require developing market entry strategies, monitoring industry trends, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between the company and clients, championing Soleos mission of sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Business Strategy, and Sales skills with a proven track record in achieving business growth targets
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Market Analysis and Research skills to identify opportunities and remain informed about industry trends
  • Proficiency in Project Management, Planning, and Team Collaboration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of solar energy, renewable energy solutions, and relevant market dynamics is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment
