Job Description

You will be part of Soleos Energy Pvt Ltd, a renowned renewable energy company operating in various regions including India, Africa, Europe, and the USA. Specializing in solar EPC, utility-scale solar project development, solar module, and BESS manufacturing, the company is currently in a phase of global expansion that involves capital formation, operational scale-up, and strategic partnerships. As a Sales Professional, your primary focus will be on selling Solar Ground Mount Projects. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in this field, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities within the Solar Ground Mount segment. Your role will encompass tasks such as lead generation, proposal development, client conversion, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and managing sales activities to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the Solar Ground Mount sector - Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline through various methods including cold calls, networking, and referrals - Tailor proposals and solutions to meet client needs effectively - Create and present technical and commercial proposals - Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals adhering to company guidelines - Provide post-sales support and uphold relationships with key clients - Collaborate with internal teams like engineering, finance, and project execution to ensure seamless handover and project implementation - Regularly update management on sales activities, forecasts, and accomplishments Key Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales related to Solar Ground Mount projects - Sound knowledge of the solar industry, particularly ground-mounted solutions - Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple leads concurrently - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint If you are a proactive and results-oriented individual looking to contribute to the expansion of our solar business and achieve sales objectives, we welcome your application to join our dynamic team at Soleos Energy Pvt Ltd.,
