Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand prospect database using CRM tools

Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition
• Conduct product demonstrations for custom software and mobile applications
• Present value-driven proposals for business automation and software solutions
• Manage entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing
• Focus on high-value enterprise clients and custom development projects

Relationship Management:

• Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients across multiple sectors
• Understand client requirements for web development, mobile apps, and custom software
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations
• Maintain high client satisfaction levels and generate referrals

Market Intelligence:

• Monitor competitors in custom software development and IT services space

Required Skills:

• MBA or Engineering degree (Computer Science, IT, Electronics preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
• Business acumen and understanding of enterprise needs
• Technical aptitude to understand software solutions and IT services
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn B2B sales processes
• Professional attitude and confidence in client interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales/Marketing or Engineering with business interest
• Internship experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
• Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, or software solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
