Additionally, you will lead training sessions and audits to enhance operational efficiency and monitor market trends for identifying new business growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage sales, collections, and business development functions within microfinance, banking, and retail sectors. - Conduct credit assessments, auditing processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. - Plan and deliver targeted training programs for team development and process improvement. - Lead multiple departments to achieve organizational growth targets, with a focus on microfinance. - Monitor financial reports, market trends, and operational challenges to make informed decisions. - Engage with clients and stakeholders through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong expertise and experience in Sales, Collections, and Business Development within microfinance, banking, and retail sectors. - Sound knowledge and experience in Credit assessment, Auditing processes, and compliance frameworks. - Proven ability to plan and deliver targeted Training programs for team development and process improvement. - Leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster collaboration and motivate teams. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial reports, market trends, and operational challenges. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder engagement. - 20+ years of experience in the relevant fields with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree or equivalent qualification. - Experience in managing multiple departments and delivering organizational growth targets, particularly in microfinance, is a plus.
