Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thanjavur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to boost sales and profitability. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies. The Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Pricing Analysis
Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation Skills
Strategic Planning, Revenue Generation Analysis, and Growth Strategy Implementation skills
Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms, Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Indian marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc., is a plus
