Position: Business Development Manager Location: Perungudi, Chennai Experience: 6+ years We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to head our India-based Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in IT services sales along with extensive experience engaging both Domestic and International clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities. Understand client challenges and tailor service offerings to meet their business needs. Collaborate with the technical team and demo specialists to deliver compelling solution presentations and drive deal closures. Client Relationship Management Engage consistently with prospects through proactive follow-ups and effective communication. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to address client queries and objections confidently. Build long-term relationships and establish credibility with potential customers. Market Intelligence & Sales Reporting Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Provide timely feedback to the product and leadership teams to enhance offerings. Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities; deliver monthly sales performance reports. International Client Engagement Leverage prior experience in engaging with both Domestic and International clients. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand visibility and develop new business channels. Team Leadership & Development Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing Inside Sales team. Assign resources effectively to support business objectives and client engagements. Cultivate a collaborative and performance-oriented team environment. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field. Proven experience in sales or business development. Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Motivated and ambitious with a drive for results. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and tools.
