✅ Guide and mentor your team in sales strategy, lead management, and client communication.

✅ Ensure consistent pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and client engagement.

✅ Work closely with senior management to plan and execute sales strategies.


1–2 years of experience as a Manager / Team Leader in B2B Sales

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience

    as a Manager / Team Leader in

    B2B Sales / Inside Sales

    .
  • Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a small sales team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in

    Media, Advertising, B2B Portals, or B2B Database Sales

    preferred.
  • CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to sales execution.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
