About the Role


As a Business Development Executive - Sales / Inside Sales Specialist, your mission will be to drive revenue by promoting and selling our two flagship business solutions:

Kompass Booster

Kompass EasyBusiness


You will focus on B2B clients, especially in export-oriented industries such as:

  • Manufacturing & Industrial Equipment

  • Engineering Goods

  • Automotive Components

  • IT & Software Services

  • Textiles & Apparel

  • Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals

  • Food Processing & Agri Products


This is a target-driven role where you’ll be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, building strong client relationships, and contributing to Kompass India’s strategic growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 0 - 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferred: Media, Advertising, B2B Portals & B2B Database Sales).
  • Freshers are also welcome if they want to start their career in Advertising sales & B2B Database Sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills
