We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our SaaS platform across large NBFCs and MFIs in India. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective NBFCs, MFIs, or financial institutions for SaaS partnerships. Conduct in-depth product presentations and platform demos for senior executives and decision-makers. Drive the complete sales process from lead generation to contract closure. Understand client pain points and propose tailored tech solutions aligned with business needs. Collaborate with internal product and technology teams to ensure seamless implementation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Track industry trends and competitive activity to inform business development strategy. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech enterprise sales. Proven track record of selling to NBFCs, MFIs, or BFSI clients. Strong understanding of digital lending, credit lifecycle, and financial services workflows. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage long sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders. Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven reporting. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Attributes Prior experience selling digital lending, credit assessment, or collection platforms. Existing network within NBFCs/MFIs would be preferred.
