What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, helping Round Tech Square expand its presence in the US market. You’ll lead the complete sales cycle—from identifying high-potential leads to closing impactful deals—while building lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales for IT services in the US market.
  • Identify, target, and generate leads using outbound strategies.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, strategy) to craft solutions that sell.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and account management.
  • Represent the Round Tech Square brand with professionalism and clarity.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT services sales (preferably in a remote role).
  • Strong track record in the US market—you understand the culture, expectations, and pace.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
