You will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition with performance-focused strategies. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives. Manage budgets effectively and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Stay updated with industry trends and new platform features. Requirements: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proven track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable success. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and analytics. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical and communication skills. Why Join Us?
