The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
· Generating leads.
· Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
· Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
· Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs/cold calling etc.
· Understanding and promoting company programs.
· Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
· Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
· Periodically Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
· Maintaining client records.
· Maintaining existing clientele and increasing it through upselling and cross selling.
· Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
· Responsible for renewals from existing accounts.
· Responsible for collecting of Subscription charges from monthly accounts.
· Responsible for getting references from existing clients
Other Skills and Competencies:
· Must be team player.
· Excellent Communication Skills.
· In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software.
· Good knowledge of MS Office.
· Excellent Presentation, Analytical, Problem solving, and organizational skills
