Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment services, corporate training programs, and campus recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development within the manpower consultancy sector and a proven track record of securing new clients, forging strategic partnerships, and collaborating closely with the delivery team to fulfill hiring mandates. Key Responsibilities: β Identify and acquire new clients for permanent recruitment services across industries. β Drive client acquisition for corporate training services (leadership, soft skills, compliance, etc.). β Establish and nurture campus recruitment partnerships with colleges and universities across India. β Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. β Work closely with the Delivery Manager and recruitment team to ensure timely closure of positions. β Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by management. β Conduct business travel across India to meet clients, attend events, and secure partnerships. β Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to management. β Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in CRM tools. Must-Have Skills & Experience: β Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in a manpower consultancy firm (mandatory). β Proven track record of client acquisition for recruitment and training services . β Demonstrated experience in campus recruitment or college tie-ups . β Strong network of industry contacts and relationships. β Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β High level of initiative, attitude, and drive towards achieving client acquisition goals. β Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements. β Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
