Business Development Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Market Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new markets, target demographics, and potential opportunities for the company's products or services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, trade shows, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of potential business.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and improve profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies, develop proposals, and ensure product offerings meet market needs.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close deals to generate revenue and secure new business.
• Industry Monitoring: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to keep the company competitive.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on goals, sales progress, and market trends to management, often utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
