Job Description

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven *Business Development Manager* to develop and manage relationships with study abroad agencies that provide accommodation solutions for students heading to destinations like the *UK, Germany, Ireland, Australia, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, generating high-quality leads, and maximizing business opportunities both *within Kerala and across India*.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard study abroad agencies offering accommodation services.
  • Travel within and outside Kerala to meet with agencies, attend expos, and build strong partnerships.
  • Generate maximum student leads through partnerships, events, digital outreach, and referrals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of student migration trends, destination preferences, and agency offerings.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Regularly report performance, lead generation data, and partnership progress to management.
  • Ensure a professional and ethical approach with agencies, students, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in networking events, webinars, and industry meets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both in-person and digital.
  • Prior experience in marketing, business development, or agency liaison (study abroad or hospitality sectors preferred).
  • Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different cultures and work environments.
  • Smart, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
