Business Development Manager (Healthcare / Clinic Growth)
Note: The role may also be described internally as "Sales Manager (Healthcare / Clinic Growth)".

Industry & Sector:

Healthcare — Hair transplant and cosmetic surgery clinics, hospital, and specialty clinical services operating in the Indian healthcare market. This is an on-site sales and growth role focused on expanding patient volume, strategic partnerships, and revenue across assigned territories.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced, target-driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth for a specialty clinic network in India. This on-site role combines relationship-building with healthcare providers, strategic partnerships, and tactical sales execution to drive measurable increases in patient acquisition, referrals, and revenue.Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the local sales team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3–6 years of proven business development or sales experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, diagnostics, or related services in India.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue and referral targets; strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clinicians, hospital administrators, and corporate buyers.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel for analytics and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation and contract-management capability; comfort closing deals on-site.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site across the assigned territory in India; valid travel capability for regular field work.

Preferred

  • Experience with corporate health partnerships, insurance networks, or employee health programmes.
  • Existing network of clinician or hospital referrals in the assigned city/region.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory/clinical workflows and patient referral best practices.
