📢 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Drone & GIS Sector)

📍 Location: Kolkata (On-site / Field Work / Hybrid)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining



🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in

    Power, EPC, Infrastructure, Forest, and Government sectors

  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners across India
  • Generate new leads through

    LinkedIn, calls, emails, tenders, and networking

  • Prepare professional

    proposals, quotations, MoUs, and business presentations

  • Collaborate with the

    technical, survey, and GIS teams

    to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery
  • Participate in

    client meetings, demonstrations, and site visits

    with the technical team
  • Track and identify

    government tenders and private project opportunities

  • Manage and update tender databases, proposals, and client reports
  • Represent Pixroot Technologies at

    events, seminars, and exhibitions

    to promote brand visibility
  • Coordinate closely with the internal marketing and operations teams for outreach campaigns and project coordination



🧠 Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in B2B/B2G sales or project acquisition (preferably in Drone, GIS, or Infrastructure sectors)
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and client handling

    skills
  • Ability to understand and explain

    technical solutions and service proposals

  • Highly

    target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident

    in lead generation and client acquisition
  • Willing to

    travel for client meetings, seminars, and business events

    across India
  • Familiarity with

    LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and tender portals

    preferred
  • Educational background in

    Engineering, Geography, Business, or related fields



💰 Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary:

    ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)
  • Incentive:

    3% commission

    on every confirmed project or product sale closed by the BDM
  • Performance bonuses

    for meeting or exceeding quarterly targets
  • Mobile and travel allowance

    for official client visits and meetings



🎯 Performance Expectations

  • Achieve consistent

    monthly and quarterly revenue goals

  • Generate a

    steady pipeline of qualified leads

  • Close a minimum of

    ₹5–10 lakh/month in project value

    after the training and onboarding period
  • Maintain proper

    client and sales records

    using the company CRM
