Role & responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Inside Sales Executives focused on lead generation, qualification, and customer conversion. Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals. Lead Management: Monitor lead pipeline quality, ensure timely follow-ups, and enhance conversion through data-driven insights. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement outbound and inbound calling/emailing campaigns to generate leads for the field sales and onboarding teams. Performance Monitoring: Track key sales metrics such as call volumes, lead quality, opportunity-to-conversion ratio, etc. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and field sales teams to align messaging and feedback loops. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, objection handling, and communication skills. CRM Usage: Ensure effective usage of CRM tools for lead management, call logging, and performance tracking. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree is preferable. Professional experience of 5-8 years in Sales. Problem-solving attitude Customer-oriented mindset Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices Influencing Skills Presentability is required Fluent in communication
