Work-from-home night shift profile, with 5 days a week working About the role Our Offline Scribes support medical care providers and their patients by using a nascent automation platform to complete medical documentation summaries of patient visits and treatments. Medical scribes master the talent of providing accurate documentation within a short period after patient visits. The recording and documentation include patient histories, exams, radiographic findings, assessments, and treatment plans. Medical Scribes make the life of healthcare professionals much simpler by helping them focus on the patient’s treatment better. Responsibilities Medical Scribe should provide documentation coverage for assigned healthcare providers, which involves listening to audio recordings of patient visits and utilizing technology to summarize medical information and facts in professional clinical reports (History of Present Illness, Physical Exam, Results, Assessment and Plan) Proficiently navigates through the healthcare software and enters clinical reports and data directly into customer software (EHR), adhering to specific clinic guidelines and workflows. Maintain a high standard and adhere to account-specific documentation that meets documentation requirements for our customers. Be a team player, provide and receive feedback from providers and managers, and successfully resolve issues. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Skilled in working with hospitals and clinics, healthcare documentation, or similar academic backgrounds. Experience in medical scribing online is a must. Proficiency in medical terminology. Must be a professional in English writing skills, including advanced proficiency in grammatical and spelling comprehension. Must have innate listening skills and the ability to understand the varied English accents and dialects of different countries. Must be a self-motivated professional who can work independently with minimum supervision This would be a complete work-from-home role; hence, proficiency in Skype, Zoom, and other video conferencing platforms is needed. Trained or experienced in the medical specialty of rheumatology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, ENT, cardiology, ophthalmology, GI, dermatology, family medicine, pain medicine, nephrology, or urology will be an added advantage. Familiarity with EHRs like Epic, Cerner, Athena, Carecloud, Nextgen, eCW, or Allscripts is highly preferred. Testing is mandatory for this position. Experience and Educational Credentials Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 or other cloud-based productivity tools. Experience in medical transcription offline is a must. Responsibilities Collecting all relevant invitation for bids (IFB), response to the proposal (RFP), and request for quotation (RFQ) from all possible sources for bringing in new businesses. Document and share the business leads daily with reporting manager. Submit necessary documents for bids, proposals, and quotations for new business. Find new business opportunities by searching for requirements on the internet, emails, and other possible sources. Prepare necessary proposals and arrange meetings with managers for negotiations and establishment of the business. Prepare monthly reports on all new business developments and progress achieved and share it reporting manager. Identifying newer opportunities in the industry and communicating them with reporting manager Manage key customer relations by acting as a liaison between the company and its key customers. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Work with the digital marketing team for achieving business development goals. Prepare necessary tools for the betterment of marketing strategies and seamless solicitation. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required 2+ years of experience in Business Development with a good understanding of the marketing industry. Degree in marketing or Business Administration. MBA is a plus. Broad experience with SEO and PPC. Understanding of digital marketing concepts. Knowledge of web analytics tools. Content and creative writing skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Committed to meeting deadlines. With high-quality results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. About the role It can be challenging trying to create new business opportunities, in addition to the constant pressure of meeting or exceeding targets. However, business development is quite a creative role and can be very satisfying. You may have the responsibility of managing a team and its output. You’ll be expected to dress smartly, especially for meetings, though slightly more relaxed business casual attire may be acceptable at other times. Depending on the type of business, overnight or overseas travel may be required. Measuring the performance of campaigns through web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.). Managing and updating social media platforms. Keeping up-to-date with trends in social media. Creating innovative content. Overseeing the company’s email marketing campaigns.
