Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Job Summary:

To achieve sales target working within the framework of sales and credit policy for the Units

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve targeted volumes with targeted EBITA
  2. Develop new customers
  3. Understand customer needs and offer right solutions
  4. Optimum price management
  5. Do customer visits
  6. Provide sales report and maintain MIS
  7. Conduct market study analysis
  8. Achieve targets of value-added products


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Any Graduate/MBA
  • Experience:

    4 – 6 Years from RMC or Aggregate or Construction industry
