What You’ll Do

  • Launch & Lead

    : Set up and expand Peergrowth’s presence in Delhi NCR.
  • Develop Client Partnerships

    : Build strong relationships with CXOs and HR leaders across industries.
  • Build & Inspire a Team

    : Recruit, lead, and develop a team of high-performing consultants.
  • Drive Business Growth

    : Achieve revenue and profitability targets through strategic client acquisition.
  • Stay Industry-Ready

    : Monitor market trends and keep the business ahead of the curve.
  • Work with Leadership

    : Collaborate with senior management to align growth plans with the firm’s long-term vision.

What You Bring

✅ 10+ years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition.

✅ A proven track record in business development and client management.

✅ Strong leadership and team-building skills.

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with experience setting up or scaling new business units.

✅ Based in Delhi NCR or open to relocating (remote flexibility offered).
