Location

Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager who can convert leads into long-term clients. The role demands sharp communication, disciplined follow-ups, and the confidence to sell digital marketing solutions with clarity and conviction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, nurture, and convert leads through structured follow-ups and consultative selling
Pitch digital marketing solutions including social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and more
Explain campaign strategy, deliverables, pricing models, and agency USPs including our
one-month free service trial
Maintain strong pipeline management and daily reporting
Build and retain client relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Achieve monthly sales targets with a disciplined, target-first mindset
Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals confidently
Upsell and cross-sell services to increase client lifetime value
