Job Description

We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our companys products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.
The sales and marketing managers responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The sales and marketing manager represents the companys brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
To be a successful sales and marketing manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and target potential clients for UPVC and Aluminum doors and windows.
-Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry.
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
-Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
-Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:
  1. A bachelors degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
  3. Experience in management may be advantageous.
  4. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  7. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  8. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  9. The ability to work under pressure.
