Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Naveen Ispat Udyog, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Duties will include market research, sales prospecting, client negotiations, and working closely with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and market presence.

Experience with Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the sales of construction steel, building material industry is a plus
