Job profile : Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Research competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs to stay ahead Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, events, and networking.
Maintain CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development, and Branding.
Create and present customized proposals, case studies, and pricing models based on client needs
Build strong client relationships and follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Content, Design, Dev) to ensure client expectations are met.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development / sales / client acquisition in a digital marketing agency
Exposure to international markets and understanding of cultural business practices
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Website Development
Excellent written & spoken English (client-facing communication)
Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, CRM tools, and cold outreach tools
Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills
