• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and do meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Key Responsibilities :

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.4. Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.5. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to support business development efforts.6. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding targets.

Requirements
1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.4. Candidate must have experience into project sales , corporate sales or direct sales . Must have direct connection into hr / admin / purchase department of corporate companies , Hotel ,restaurant etc.
