About The Role

Plural Hire is hiring a

Business Development Manager

for a well-established performance marketing company expanding aggressively in the Indian market.This role requires someone who understands

how Indian businesses buy digital marketing services

and can independently drive deals from first conversation to closure.What You’ll Do
  • Own the entire India sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure
  • Build and refine sales processes tailored to Indian buyer behavior
  • Consult clients on data-driven performance marketing solutions
  • Manage a healthy pipeline across inbound and outbound leads
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Share client insights to improve offerings and positioning
  • Stay updated on trends like AI marketing, mobile-first strategies, and regional growth
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of sales experience in digital marketing or performance marketing (India)
  • Proven ability to close deals independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Clear understanding of how Indian businesses evaluate marketing ROI
  • Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
