Primary Title: Go-to-Market (GTM) Creative Media Intern
About The Opportunity
We operate in the HR technology and recruitment marketing sector, building digital experiences and campaigns that help companies attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market (GTM) strategy and creative media—supporting demand-generation, employer-branding, and product marketing across social and digital channels. This is a hybrid internship based in India, ideal for early-career creatives who want hands-on experience with GTM campaigns and content production.Role & Responsibilities
- Create social-first visual assets and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) that align with GTM campaign briefs and employer-brand messaging.
- Support the end-to-end content pipeline: brainstorm concepts, produce assets (design/edit), and prepare delivery files for paid and organic channels.
- Work with Growth and Product Marketing to localize creative for channel-specific formats, A/B test variations, and iterate based on performance data.
- Maintain and update the content calendar, asset library, and brand templates to ensure consistency and speed for campaign launches.
- Assist in lightweight motion-graphics and copywriting for ads, landing pages, and email creatives to boost CTR and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Design) to ensure GTM timelines and deliverables are met in a hybrid working model.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 0.5 - 1 year internship or project experience in social media content, digital marketing, or creative production.
- Proficiency in Canva and at least one Adobe Creative Cloud app (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro).
- Basic video editing and short-form storytelling (vertical video formats, captions, hooks).
- Strong visual sense, copy basics, and familiarity with content calendars and GTM timelines.
Preferred
- Experience with simple motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent) and performance tracking (Meta/Google analytics).
- Prior exposure to recruitment, HR tech, or B2B marketing campaigns is a plus.
