As a Design Intern, you’ll help us create engaging UI/UX designs, social media content, and campaign assets that bring our clients’ stories to life. This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll learn how design fuels growth. Location & Work Arrangement This internship is based in Gurugram, India. We follow a hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. In-office days are used for collaboration, onboarding, and client or team meetings; occasional adjustments to this schedule may be required for events or project needs. What You’ll Do UI/UX Design: Support website, landing page, and product interface design with a focus on usability and aesthetics. Graphic Design: Create social media posts, carousels, stories, and marketing collaterals. Brand Design Support: Assist with decks, case studies, and campaign assets. Design Systems: Help maintain brand guidelines, typography, and visual consistency across platforms. Experimentation: Explore new design trends, creative formats, and AI-powered tools. Primary Title: Go-to-Market (GTM) Creative Media Intern About The Opportunity We operate in the HR technology and recruitment marketing sector, building digital experiences and campaigns that help companies attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market (GTM) strategy and creative media—supporting demand-generation, employer-branding, and product marketing across social and digital channels. This is a hybrid internship based in India, ideal for early-career creatives who want hands-on experience with GTM campaigns and content production. Role & Responsibilities Create social-first visual assets and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn clips) that align with GTM campaign briefs and employer-brand messaging. Support the end-to-end content pipeline: brainstorm concepts, produce assets (design/edit), and prepare delivery files for paid and organic channels. Work with Growth and Product Marketing to localize creative for channel-specific formats, A/B test variations, and iterate based on performance data.
