Job Description

As a seasoned HR Technology & ServiceNow Lead at Plural Hire, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the global HR ServiceNow platform and enhancing the employee experience technology landscape. Your responsibilities will include owning the HR ServiceNow platform, leading a team of capability specialists, driving innovation, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring the platform's alignment with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Platform Ownership & Innovation** - Serve as the global owner of the HR ServiceNow platform, ensuring configuration and functionality align with best practices. - Continuously improve the HR Portal experience to position it as the one-stop destination for all employee HR needs. - Lead the design and delivery of automated HR processes, workflows, dashboards, and reports using ServiceNow. - Partner with HR Operations, Global Process Owners, and IT to identify enhancement opportunities using data insights. - Manage version upgrades, regression testing, and compliance checks for ServiceNow releases. - **Team Leadership** - Lead a global team of 515 capability specialists focused on HR technology and automation. - Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for team members. - Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to HR ServiceNow. - **Governance & Performance** - Drive governance through structured change management and enhancement boards. - Monitor HR portal usage, feedback, and analytics to improve self-service adoption and user experience. - Ensure data privacy, compliance, and quality standards are maintained across all processes. - **Stakeholder Management** - Collaborate closely with HR leaders, IT (D&T), and business teams to ensure system enhancements align with strategic priorities. - Manage communication and awareness campaigns for HR portal updates and capabilities. **Required Experience & Skills:** - 13+ years of experience in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation. - Proven experience in HR technology platforms and business process automation. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules cases, tasks, knowledge management, service catalog, workflows, reports, and dashboards. - Hands-on experience leading ServiceNow upgrades, managing incidents, and deploying new features. - Strong stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed organization. - Experience in managing technical teams and driving capability building. - Demonstrated experience in employee experience transformation initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist. - Background in HR Operations or Shared Services. - Experience with data analytics and self-service adoption metrics.
