Key Responsibilities

• WATI Workflow Ownership: Build, optimize, and test chatbot flows for candidate journeys, client engagement, and hiring automation.
• Automation & Tech: Support in integrating APIs, tools, and CRM workflows to enhance user experience and platform efficiency.
• User Acquisition: Help design and execute strategies to onboard both hiring companies and candidates.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with users to understand their needs, resolve issues, and continuously improve the chatbot experience.
• Business Growth Support: Assist in client pitches, partnerships, and fundraising research or deck preparation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with tech, marketing, and operations teams on new experiments and product iterations.
  

Who You Are

• Excited by startups, automation, and problem-solving.
• Have basic exposure to tools like WATI, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or no-code automation platforms.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills comfortable pitching to clients or partners.
• Naturally customer-centric, cheerful, and proactive.
• A fast learner who loves wearing multiple hats and working directly with founders.
