Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and creative Email & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with Mailchimp, AiSensy, and Wati , and preferably have experience with CleverTap for advanced campaign automation and analytics. This role blends email marketing, WhatsApp/SMS communication, and content creation to nurture leads and build lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing (Mailchimp Must) Plan, design, and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promotions). Build and manage automated journeys for lead nurturing and client engagement . Write high-converting subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action. Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly design using Mailchimp templates & Canva . Monitor deliverability, spam scores, and maintain healthy subscriber lists. WhatsApp & SMS Marketing (AiSensy, Wati Must) Design and run WhatsApp campaigns using AiSensy and Wati for broadcast messages, reminders, and event updates. Manage segmentation, templates, and automation across WhatsApp channels. Integrate WhatsApp flows into lead generation, event registrations, and nurturing campaigns. Track CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and conversions from WhatsApp campaigns. Campaign Analytics & Optimization Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, CTAs) across email and WhatsApp. Use CleverTap (preferred) to monitor user behavior, funnels, and cohort analytics. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Cross-Channel Alignment Coordinate with the social media and content teams to ensure unified messaging.
