Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive

B2B CRM automation sales

, including customized

Salesforce/Zoho solutions

and

WhatsApp automation (WATI or similar)

. This is an individual contributor role focused on

new business acquisition

and

solution selling

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close B2B opportunities for customized CRM and automation solutions.
  • Sell Salesforce/Zoho CRM implementations with automation & integration capabilities.
  • Pitch WATI/WhatsApp API solutions for marketing, sales, and customer engagement automation.
  • Own full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants to design client-specific workflows.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecast, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in CRM automation, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar solutions.
  • Hands-on experience selling WATI / WhatsApp automation / CPaaS.
  • Understanding of APIs and basic integration workflows.
  • Proven ability to close complex solution sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with SMEs or enterprise clients is a plus.
