Key Responsibilities Study transporter API documentation and assist in creating functional requirement documents. Prepare process maps, sequence diagrams, and flowcharts for integration workflows (e.g., AWB generation, tracking, RTO). Create test payloads and coordinate with QA to validate workflows. Configure notification triggers from transporter to Vinculum products and third-party tools. Document functional specs, payload mapping, and exceptions using structured formats. Join discussions with internal teams and transporter partners, capture notes, and follow through on actions. Support business and product teams in UAT planning and rollout documentation. Requirements 1-2 years of experience (or a capable fresher) in a functional/techno-functional role. Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and communication. Working knowledge of tools like Lucid chart / Draw.io, Postman, Excel/Sheets, and Google Docs. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON formats. Understanding of logistics/eCommerce operations is a plus. Ability to manage tasks independently, with a structured and analytical mindset.
