Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected 'Business Development Manager' to drive our growth and strengthen relationships within the luxury interior designers and architects sector in Delhi/ NCR and North of India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth:

  Develop and execute strategies to expand MAMOUSHKA’s market share in luxury interiors, with a focus on high-end residential and hospitality furniture projects.

• Build Relationships:

  Leverage your established network with architects and interior designers to generate new business opportunities and sustain strong partnerships.

• Architects Network Acquisition:

  Align business development meetings with the Directors, Interior Designers, and Architects for strategic alliances.

• Client Acquisition & Retention:

  Foster and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored design solutions to meet their needs.

• Brand Representation:

  Represent MAMOUSHKA at industry events and networking functions to increase brand visibility and position the company as a leader in the luxury space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the luxury interiors, furniture, or high-end design sectors (ideally with exposure to luxury furniture, wardrobes, lighting, bath fittings or windows brands).

• Network:

  A robust network of architects, interior designers, and industry professionals, particularly in luxury residential and hospitality sectors.

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Attributes:

  Proactive, results-oriented, with a strong understanding of luxury market dynamics.
