Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Konark Events in Jaipur. The role involves developing and implementing business growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the events industry. 1. *Lead Generation & Conversion* - Identify new business opportunities through digital leads, referrals, networking, and industry tie-ups. - Convert client inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective pitching and follow-ups. 2. *Client Relationship Management* - Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Understand client needs and ensure expectations are met through coordination with internal teams. 3. *Market Expansion* - Explore collaborations with venues, hotels, wedding planners, and agencies. - Attend wedding exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand. 4. *Proposal & Pitching* - Prepare customized pitch decks, presentations, and budgets for clients. - Confidently present Konark Events’ services and design capabilities. 5. *Trend & Competitor Research* - Stay updated with industry trends, decor styles, and competitor offerings. - Suggest innovative themes and packages based on market research. 6. *Sales & Revenue Targets* - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Track inquiries, conversions, and revenue pipeline using CRM tools. 7. *Collaboration & Coordination* - Work closely with design, production, CRM, and digital teams for smooth execution. - Ensure handover of client brief and timely updates throughout the project.
