Job Description

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and customer needs. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.

Identify, approach, and pitch to potential new clients. Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the company's offerings and value proposition.

Close deals by negotiating terms and conditions with clients. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives. Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Explore and enter new markets or geographic areas, both domestically and internationally, to expand the company's reach.

Provide feedback from clients and the market to inform the development or modification of products or services to better meet customer needs.

Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends. Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Proven track record of successful business development, sales, or related experience, preferably in the same industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.

Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute business development plans.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market exploration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,482.15 - ₹60,211.56 per month
