Business Development Manager - IT Sales

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales efforts and driving growth in the e-commerce sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to boost e-commerce sales, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to sales initiatives. Here are the key responsibilities you will have: - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and business growth. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for Headless E-commerce Platform. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Present our solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet client needs. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and materials. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Track and report on sales performance and growth metrics. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the E-commerce, PaaS, SaaS industry. - Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies. - Proven experience in closing deals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
