Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with potential candidates and clients regularly.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate with interviewers, and manage candidate follow-ups.

• Actively participate in onboarding sessions and ensure all documentation is completed.

• Maintain internal records of leads, candidates, interviews, and employee engagement.

• Research and identify new business leads, partnership opportunities, and outreach channels.

• Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to align outreach and onboarding strategies.

• Use tools like Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Organize and track internal tasks, interview schedules, and project workflows using ClickUp.

• Prepare and support pitch decks, client presentations, and business proposals.

• Join internal meetings and contribute to team discussions and planning activities.

• Share weekly updates with leadership on progress, bottlenecks, and action points.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making professional calls to both candidates and prospects.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities across HR and business domains.

• Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and business outreach.

• Proficient in Excel (data entry, tables, basic formulas, charts).

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn ClickUp or other task/project tools.

• A curious and adaptable mindset, with strong organizational skills.

• Final-year students or recent graduates in B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred.
