Key Responsibilities:

Call and engage with potential candidates and clients regularly.

Schedule interviews, coordinate with interviewers, and manage candidate follow-ups.

Actively participate in onboarding sessions and ensure all documentation is completed.

Maintain internal records of leads, candidates, interviews, and employee engagement.

Research and identify new business leads, partnership opportunities, and outreach channels.

Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to align outreach and onboarding strategies.

Use tools like Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

Organize and track internal tasks, interview schedules, and project workflows using ClickUp.

Prepare and support pitch decks, client presentations, and business proposals.

Join internal meetings and contribute to team discussions and planning activities.

Share weekly updates with leadership on progress, bottlenecks, and action points.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable making professional calls to both candidates and prospects.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities across HR and business domains.

Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and business outreach.

Proficient in Excel (data entry, tables, basic formulas, charts).

Familiarity with or willingness to learn ClickUp or other task/project tools.

A curious and adaptable mindset, with strong organizational skills.

Final-year students or recent graduates in B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred.
