Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Network-Based Business Development

  • Drive on-field sales by leveraging a strong, pre-existing network of real estate developers, builders, and renowned architects across India.
  • Independently generate and own leads from personal industry relationships rather than relying solely on marketing or cold-calling channels.
  • Pitch HFK as a premium interior design brand to key decision-makers, securing high-value projects and long-term partnerships.

2. Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Open new revenue channels by identifying untapped geographies and developer/architect networks.
  • Develop and execute a high-touch sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with top-tier real estate and architectural firms.

3. Relationship Management & Brand Advocacy

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for developer and architect accounts, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent HFK at industry events, design fairs, and networking forums to strengthen the brand’s presence across India.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure a seamless client experience from pitch to project delivery.

4. Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a robust, transparent sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities, conversions, and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools and detailed reporting to track outreach, negotiations, and revenue performance.


Key Skills & Competencies


  • Proven track record of network-driven sales in the architecture, interior design, luxury real estate, or allied industries.
  • Extensive PAN-India connections with leading architects, developers, and builders.
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and consistently close high-value deals.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5–8 years of senior sales/business development experience within architecture, interior design, or luxury real estate, demonstrating an existing network and proven conversions.
