Key Responsibilities: Develop new business with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, and System Integrators. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in US staffing firms and direct clients. Lead generation via cold calling, networking, and business development strategies. Negotiate contracts and pricing effectively. Collaborate with the recruitment team for seamless client delivery. Understand market trends and formulate winning strategies. Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently. Ideal Candidate Profile: 8–15 years in US IT staffing sales/business development. Strong existing relationships with Tier-1 vendors & direct clients. Able to onboard new clients quickly. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Confident in cold calling and client engagement.
