  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve assigned sales & revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients across diverse industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, proposal development, negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with promoters and senior executives.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs in coordination with technical teams.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on compliance, sustainability, and environmental regulations to deliver informed solutions.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and industry events.


Required Skills & Experience :-


  • 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based businesses.
  • 3–4 years of experience in industrial consulting, sustainability, or regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving/exceeding 100–120% of sales targets.
  • Experience managing long-cycle, high-value B2B sales (₹1–5 lakhs+).
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.


Qualifications :-


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (mandatory).
  • Certifications in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or Sales will be an added advantage
