Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Key tasks include market research, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to align strategies.

Qualifications

Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying business opportunities
Proven experience in client relationship management and developing long-term business relationships
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the construction or UPVC industry is a plus
