Sales / Client Solutions Manager Corporate Catering | Government & PSU Tendering | High-Incentive Role Location: Delhi NCR | Industry: Catering, Hospitality, Institutional Sales Type: Full-Time | Experience: 3- 7 years for Corporate Catering Sales, 10- 20 years for Govt. & PSU Sales We Are Hiring For Two Vertical-Specific Roles: 1. Corporate Catering Sales Vertical Target Audience: Corporate HQs, BPOs, IT Parks, Hospitals, Educational Institutions What Youll Do: Identify, pursue and convert leads for catering contracts with mid to large companies Initiate contact with Admin/HR/Facility Heads and deliver solution-based proposals Lead client presentations, tastings, and negotiations Use CRM tools for sales pipeline tracking and follow-ups You Must Have: 3 - 7 years in B2B Sales ideally in catering, hospitality, facilities, or F&B Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English Prior experience dealing with Admin/HR heads, Facility Managers, etc. Self-driven attitude with ability to build long-term client relationships What Sets This Role Apart? Government & PSU Sales Vertical Target Audience: Central & State Departments (Railways, Defense, Election Commission, Municipal Corporations), PSUs (GAIL, ONGC, BEL, BHEL, etc.) What Youll Do: Develop and maintain high-level contacts across ministries and public sector bodies Drive business through tendering, empanelment, and direct contracting Navigate complex government procurement processes and ensure timely follow-ups Represent the brand at government events and meetings You Must Have: 10–20 years of experience in government sales, public sector liaison, or related areas Strong existing network in the public sector across Delhi/NCR Excellent Hindi communication; workable English Familiarity with government protocols and tendering process Role Requirements: Location: Based in Delhi NCR; local travel required (own vehicle preferred) Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive Structure (per deal/profit share)
