Position: Business Development Manager (Remote) Experience: Proven expertise in business development and client acquisition with a strong focus on C2H roles Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with C2H clients across Tech industries. Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new C2H client opportunities. Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring smooth account management and communication. Partner with internal teams to align recruitment solutions with client requirements. Achieve business growth targets and ensure client satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends to capture new C2H business prospects. Lead contract negotiations and drive repeat business through strong client relationships. Qualifications: Proven track record in business development and account management in the C2H recruitment space. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Familiarity with the startup and C2H industries is highly desirable.
